I’m Ping Yue. Seattle and the Puget Sound are a very attractive future home to many Chinese nationals immigrating to the United States. I am an immigrant to Seattle. I joined The Villalobos Real Estate Group and am director of China-Seattle relations, a service to liaison the Chinese experience for our clients moving into the Seattle area. I have an extensive background in Human Resources and I have my Bachelor’s Degree from Zhengzhou University, in Henan China. In addition to client relations I also develop and conduct buyer workshops in China. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and have worked with multiple attorney and accountants in China to smooth the transition process for our clients.
