When getting ready to apply for a home loan, you will need the following information to make the loan process go a lot faster. Remember your mortgage lender might ask you for more information other than what we suggest below.

Income

  • W-2s - For the past two years
  • Paycheck stubs - Most recent paycheck stubs
  • Tax Returns - Past two years of Tax Returns
  • Other Income - Bring all supporting documents for additional Income

Assets

  • Bank Statements- For the past two months
  • Investment Statements - For the past two months
  • Lease Agreements - Past two years worth of tax returns if own other real Estate

Debts

  • Provide account numbers, current balances, and monthly payments
  • Provide accounts for all revolving or installment accounts

Other

  • Copy of sales contract
  • Application deposit
